I am a Certified Online Business Manager with 20+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, and project management, including time at McKinsey & Company. I build the infrastructure behind high-visibility brands so the talent can stay center stage without the backend cracking under pressure.

Backstage Brilliance is my brand of magic.

 

Like many of my clients, I transitioned from corporate into entrepreneurship. That leap was not cute. It was uncomfortable, messy, and deeply transformative. I left environments that were misaligned and chose to build something different. My “why” has always been my mental health. I wanted to thrive, not just survive.

 

So I built a business that helps leaders do exactly that.

 

When I am not running operations behind the scenes, you can find me near the water on the Florida Gulf Coast, chasing sunsets, traveling, or being a tourist in my own state. I am a Midwestern girl at heart who traded snow for sunshine about a decade ago.

 

And then there is Maddox.

 

Mads was my Chief Fluff Officer and the quiet heartbeat behind this business. He passed in November 2024, but his impact remains woven into everything I build.

 

He was an eight-year-old rescue with a big personality and an even bigger presence. I even taught him how to “talk” using communication buttons, which meant our house included conversations about outside, hungry, play, and “I love you.” It was equal parts adorable and wildly impressive.

 

Teaching him to communicate was not just a party trick. It was patience. Structure. Repetition. Systems. Sound familiar?

 

His paw print still lives on my wrist and in this brand. He will always be my Chief Fluff Officer.
